Payment & Refund Policy

  • I require full payment in advance. I do not reserve time without securing it with a payment. If you have scheduled your appointment by phone and received an invoice - you have 24 hours to place the payment. After 24 hours, I will assume that you are no longer interested and will give that time to someone else. Do not show up at the office without paid and confirmed appointment. I do not offer "walk-ins".
  • When you purchase my services, I commit to reserving enough time to serve you. That affects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, I do not offer refunds. If you want to make sure that my services are the right fit for you, I suggest booking one hour to start.
  • Your time is valuable, and so is mine. If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time. Regardless of how late you arrive, your appointment will end as scheduled. If you don't show, you are still charged in full.
  • Appointment rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
  • I do not accept any insurance. I can provide the receipt for your payment, and you can try to get reimbursed by your insurance provider. Some plans under Medicaid and private insurances have coverage for Tobacco Cessation. Please watch this video about US Lung Association's recommendations for all insurance providers have coverage for Tobacco Cessation: https://youtu.be/eXseuRgiWp. Check your FSA and HSA, these accounts may allow reimbursement for hypnosis for the treatment of a specific illness or disorder. Requires a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician. IRS allows a tax credit for 100% of hypnosis expenses paid for weight loss and tobacco cessation. Hourly fee: $195

You will receive appointment confirmation email with directions to the office or instructions for accessing your Zoom appointment. Also, you will receive the forms which you'll have to fill and email back or bring with you to your first appointment.


For multiple sessions or a program, I will email you a customized invoice after our phone consultation.


Due to Covid 19 quarantine, I am currently only seeing clients in the Columbia location and online via Zoom.


To comply with Covid 19 guidance, you must wear a protective mask for the entire duration of your appointment.  I am encouraging you to opt for virtual hypnosis, it's just as effective as in person. This way you can save money, time, gas, and stay in the comfort of your own home without having to deal with the nuisance of having a mask on your face. All you need is a computer or smartphone with camera and internet access, comfortable chair (recliner or couch are fine), and make sure that no one will disturb you at the time of your session. The virtual appointments are run via Zoom. You do not need to register a zoom account for that. The link to your session will be emailed to you 5 minutes prior your appointment. Simply click on it and wait to be logged in. It may take a couple of minutes. Make sure that you permit the use of camera and microphone of your device by the Zoom app. The session will be automatically recorded, and you can use it later for reinforcement.
